Himark is a well reputed name in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry fraternity. Being a pharmacist the idea is to have a state of the art, environmentally friendly plant with a skilled and motivated work force. The soul of this project will be the people that will operate this facility. Therefore the team must have the correct tools and knowledge of what they are undertaking. I wish to apply my knowledge from the pharmaceutical industry and apply it to manufacturing quality health based Pharma Products. I also wish to learn from European pharmaceutical companies about their sop’s and gimp’s, so that we truly have an international standard plant that is able to produce a variety of products that may be exported to various countries.
I have worked with Himark from its inception. One of the unique factors I have observed in my 23 year old career is that Himark serves like an institution, not just a company. They do this by developing employee skills, developing a quality focused mind set through internal and external training programs, as well as providing excellent working opportunities and a healthy environment. Being the head of production and plant operations, for me quality is everything. In my work, I live and breathe quality. This is reflected from the very first step of processing the highest quality raw material, quality processing, and quality in-process checks throughout the entire production procedure. and this effort is reflected in the efficacy and quality of the end product. I am determined to provide the very best service for the patient by taking measures to uplift the quality image of Himark products with absolutely zero market complaints.
